Vinyasa Fitness Flow

Monday 6-7pm @ Kula Springs, Sturton-Le-Steeple

If like me, you aren’t quite ready to let go of the cardiovascular part of exercise, then this class is perfect for you. The fast pace not only increases your heart rate but also focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility.

Each class starts with a flowing series to warm up the spine and heat up the body, followed by a series of held postures to build strength, stability, and stamina.  Class ends with gentle stretches to improve flexibility.

Due to the intensity of this class, some knowledge of yoga poses is advisable to avoid injury and a basic level of fitness. Believe in yourself and be amazed at what your body can achieve. Modifications will always be offered.

£10 per session, booking is essential.

Gentle Flow

Tuesday 9.30-10.30am @ Kula Springs, Sturton-Le-Steeple

This class focuses on learning how to connect a simple flowing sequence of movements together with the breath.

Each class starts with a flowing sequence to warm up the body, followed by slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.  Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation.

Due to the slow pace of this class, it is ideal for beginners and/or those wanting to really understand how to connect the breath to the movement, in a controlled and thoughtful way. It is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.

£10 per session, booking is essential.

Yoga for Beginners

Thursday 7 -8.00pm @ Kula Springs, Sturton-Le-Steeple

Are you a beginner to yoga or suffering with an injury?

This class is slower in movement allowing us to focus purely on gaining the correct alignment thereby preventing any unnecessary injuries. By connecting the breath to movement, it will allow you to hold the poses for longer, enabling you to sink deeper into the fascia of the muscles, gaining more flexibility and stretch with each area we target.

For those carrying an injury we can work together choosing postures to help stretch and strengthen problematic areas, to help speed up the rehabilitation phase of recovery.

Please note this is not a class to diagnose an injury. It is a class to follow, once your health care professional has confirmed you can return to exercise.

£10 per session, booking essential.

You choose the time and location

Yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student. The ancient yoga teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga expereince to meet the need of the individual student.

A private session allows for a more intimate view into YOUR practice and is tailored specifically to meet your individual needs. You can start a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern.

You will be amazed at how quickly your yoga practice advances.
